Who are we?
We are mostly gay men from the Boston and New York areas.
We do have a few folks from other parts of New England and
upstate New York as well.
What do we like to do?
Most of our group are either snowboarders or skiers. Our skills
range from intermediate levels (blue runs without bumps) all the
way to very experienced folks who are hopping the moguls on
every run. There's a lot of great cross-country skiing areas near
the house as well. When the temp's are dropping low, cross
country skiing or snow-shoeing is a nice option.
Where do we go?
In the last few years we have been going to Stratton more than
any of the other mountains in the neighborhood. Mt. Snow is
always an option and you have to go to Mt. Snow when a storm
has just come through - Mt. Snow leaves the powder around
when other resorts are grooming it into oblivion. Magic, Okemo,
and Bromley are great options as well - particularly on holiday
weekends when our discount passes at Stratton don't give us a
discount.
